He has worked for Xerox Corporation in different countries, holding various positions as General Manager for Peru, he also held the General Management in Argentina and Ecuador. Likewise, he has also served as the Vice President and General Manager for LATAM, based in Miami, and as Vice President of Strategy for the Region.
Jorge has an extensive experience leading work teams in the areas of transformation, business development and digital solutions, direct and indirect sales and operations. He has studies in IT, Administration and leadership, additionally a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (PBA) from Tulane University and an MBA with specialization in Strategic Business Management at CENTRUM, Business School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Jorge has been the Director of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and is currently the President of CENTRUM´s Student Advisory Council.
